Job Description:

Position: Trainee Engineer

Location: Silvassa

Experience: Fresher

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Assist senior engineers in designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical or polymer-based components.
- Conduct material testing, data collection, and performance evaluations under supervision.
- Support prototype development, fabrication, and validation activities.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement tasks.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and process notes as required.
- Learn and comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and organizational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D;, production, and quality departments.
- Use engineering software/tools for modeling,



simulation, and analysis.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical and practical skills.

Required Skills:

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English;
- Net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Valuable in communication.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 2.40 LPA
