Job Purpose
• Protect contact center endpoints, workstations, and devices from malware, cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data loss.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls in accordance with organizational security policies and standards.
• Monitor endpoint security events, alerts, and vulnerabilities and ensure timely remediation.
• Ensure secure configuration, patching, hardening, and compliance of contact center endpoints.
• Manage endpoint protection solutions such as EDR/Antivirus, application control, device control, and endpoint encryption.
• Identify and mitigate endpoint security risks while minimizing disruption to contact center operations.
• Support investigation and response to endpoint security incidents in coordination with SOC and IT teams.
• Ensure endpoint security compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable security standards.
• Maintain endpoint security posture, reporting, documentation, and compliance dashboards.
• Continuously improve endpoint security controls to protect customer information and critical contact center systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
A- Minimum required Accountabilities for this role

• Engineering / Computer Graduate with 3-5 years of Information / Cyber Security Experience

B- Additional Accountabilities pertaining to the role

• Relevant Security Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc. preferred (Good to Have)
Key Decisions / Dimensions
• Decide appropriate endpoint security controls and configurations.
• Prioritize and remediate critical endpoint vulnerabilities.
• Determine actions for malware, EDR,



and security alerts.
• Approve or recommend security exceptions based on risk.
• Decide when to isolate or block compromised endpoints.
• Prioritize security incidents for escalation and response.
• Ensure security controls do not impact critical contact center operations.
Major Challenges
• Protect endpoints against malware, ransomware, and cyber threats.
• Ensure timely patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain endpoint security without impacting business operations.
• Monitor and respond to EDR/Antivirus alerts and incidents.
• Control unauthorized applications, USB devices, and access.
• Maintain endpoint compliance and security hardening.
• Minimize security risks while supporting contact center productivity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
• Engineering/Computer Graduates with relevant security experience of 3-5years
• Work Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Endpoint Security / Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with EDR, Antivirus, Endpoint Protection, and Device Control solutions.
• Experience in monitoring and investigating endpoint security alerts and incidents.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Symantec, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of endpoint hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance.
• Experience in incident response, threat investigation, and endpoint isolation/remediation.
• Experience in managing security policies, exclusions, and exceptions.
• Valuable understanding of Windows endpoints, Active Directory, networking, and security best practices.
