1. Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for company employees, management, visitors, and materials as required, while ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and compliance with traffic regulations.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely for official purposes, employee transportation, and management travel.

- Transport documents, samples, garments, accessories, and other materials between factories, offices, vendors, and customers as required.

- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of employees, management, and visitors.

- Maintain the vehicle in good condition and ensure regular cleaning and servicing.

- Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components before starting trips.

- Maintain vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, fuel records, kilometre readings, and maintenance records.

- Ensure the vehicle's insurance, fitness certificate, pollution certificate, permit, and other applicable documents are valid.

- Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.

- Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, maintenance requirements, and other issues immediately to the reporting manager.

- Assist with loading and unloading documents, garment samples, and other materials when required.





- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and management travel details.

- Perform any other driving and administrative duties assigned by the management.

3. Educational Qualification
- Minimum 10th standard preferred.

- Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

4. Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience.

- Experience driving cars, vans, or other company-assigned vehicles.

- Experience in a manufacturing or garments company is preferred.

5. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations.

- Punctuality, discipline, and responsible driving habits.

- Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain records and follow instructions.

- Willingness to travel as required and work flexible hours when necessary.
