? We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Client Operations, Contracts & Compliance

McKinsol Technologies India is looking for a senior operations professional who can confidently manage USA-facing client operations from India while bringing stronger structure, governance, compliance, and execution discipline across the organization.

This is a 50% client-facing / 50% internal operations role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working across customers, leadership, delivery teams, finance, HR, compliance, and external legal counsel.

Key responsibilities• Manage USA customer governance, follow-ups, escalations, and operational coordination

- Review and support negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with attorneys and external legal advisors as required
- Drive operational structure, SOPs, reporting cadence, dashboards, and action tracking
- Support compliance readiness across SOC, ISO, GDPR, GMP/GxP and customer-specific requirements
- Lead continuous improvement / CIP initiatives
- Track risks, contractual obligations, renewals, and corrective actions
- Ensure strong follow-through across cross-functional teams
- Prepare regular executive and client-facing reports

What we are looking for• Strong experience in IT services, consulting operations, managed services, PMO, client operations, or US staffing operations





- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident customer-facing and negotiation skills
- Strong contract-reading and commercial understanding
- Structured, disciplined, proactive, and highly accountable working style
- Experience coordinating compliance, audits, and operational controls
- Ability to work effectively with USA customers during night-shift hours
- Robust problem-solving, reporting, and cross-functional leadership skills

SAP knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. What matters more is the ability to understand customer commitments, contracts, delivery operations, commercial risks, compliance expectations, and drive issues to closure.
