We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and proactive Assistant Coordinator to support our management team and ensure seamless communication with clients. Position : Java Engineer

Location : Remote India

Timing : 4 PM IST - 1:00 AM IST

Salary : Open for Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
- Build reactive applications using Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor.
- Architect and implement event-driven systems using Kafka and Azure Event Hub.
- Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor services in AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Develop APIs that are secure, reliable, and optimized for high throughput.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability (observability, tracing, logging).

Required Qualifications:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Web, Data).
- Strong knowledge of Spring WebFlux and reactive programming (Project Reactor).
- Production experience with Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Kafka Streams).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS/SQS, or Azure Event Hub and Azure SDKs.




- Experience building distributed systems that are performant and highly available.
- Proficient in REST API development, asynchronous programming, and non-blocking I/O.
- Familiar with MST (Microservices Testing) strategies, including contract testing, mocking, and test containers.
- Strong knowledge of system design, including load balancing, caching, partitioning, and data flow optimization.
- Familiar with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Knowledge of both AWS and Azure is a strong plus.
