Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves leading interior design projects from concept development through execution, including client consultations, design presentations, and coordination with project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and guiding FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) choices aligned with project requirements and brand standards.

Designer will collaborate with architects, engineers,



and vendors to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and consistent with factory-made production processes. The role also includes overseeing junior designers, reviewing design documentation, and supporting project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, demonstrating strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into accurate, buildable documentation.
- Proficiency in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design intent, budget, and manufacturing standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in residential or multi-unit interior design, preferably with factory-made or modular systems.
- Strong visualization skills and proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with attention to detail and quality.
