Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading concept development and visual design for brands, campaigns, and digital experiences. Day-to-day tasks include creating brand identities, logos, and typography systems; designing marketing collateral and web assets; and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating closely with strategy, copywriting, and account teams to translate brand narratives into compelling visual outcomes.

provide constructive feedback, and help maintain high creative standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular collaboration with the in-studio team.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to develop clear, impactful visual concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, including building cohesive brand identity systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and expressive type usage.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Experience working within creative agencies or brand-focused environments, ideally in senior or lead roles.
- Ability to present and explain design decisions to internal teams and clients in a explicit, structured manner.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, campaign, and digital design work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
