We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Media Buyer with proven expertise in Google AdX / Google Ad Manager arbitrage.

Our objective is to build and scale a profitable paid-traffic operation by acquiring quality traffic through Facebook Ads and monetizing it through Google AdX.

We have substantial budget availability and are ready to scale aggressively once profitable unit economics are established.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for AdX arbitrage.
- Reduce CPC and acquisition costs while maintaining quality traffic.
- Analyze GEO-wise RPM/eCPM, fill rate, session engagement, and revenue per visitor.
- Optimize landing pages and funnel performance to improve monetization.
- Calculate campaign-level ROI, net profit, and break-even CPC.
- Identify profitable GEOs, audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining positive net ROI.

- Ensure compliance with Meta advertising policies and Google AdX traffic-quality policies.

Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads + Google AdX arbitrage.
- Proven experience managing and scaling meaningful advertising budgets.
- Solid understanding of media buying, funnel optimization, and ad monetization.
- Able to demonstrate previous campaign performance with verifiable metrics.
- Focused on measurable profitability, not just traffic volume.

What We Offer
- Substantial advertising budget for validated strategies.
- Opportunity to scale successful campaigns.
- Flexible engagement models, including consulting, campaign management, or a long-term partnership.
- Performance-driven collaboration with clear KPIs.
