Role Description The Senior Executive Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels. The individual will manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, creative coordination, and performance tracking.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, preparing regular performance reports, identifying optimization opportunities,



and collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and tools to continuously improve return on investment for clients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute data-driven performance campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability in Market Research to analyze audience behavior, competition, and industry trends.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting insights to clients.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to connect campaign performance with business growth and lead generation goals.
- Proven experience in performance marketing on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, dashboards) and solid Excel skills.
- Ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
