Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing who can independently manage paid media campaigns for multiple clients across industries. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads, have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns for multiple clients and ensure performance against defined KPIs.
- Conduct audience, competitor and creative research to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization and scaling.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular client reports.
- Work closely with creative, content and account management teams for campaign requirements.




- Provide creative insights based on ad performance and audience behaviour.
- Manage lead generation, conversion and e-commerce campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends and new performance strategies.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with a digital/advertising agency.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads is required.
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, tracking and performance metrics.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Experience working with F&B;, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands will be an advantage.
