Role Description The Senior Executive (Audit and Taxation) will be responsible for managing and executing audit engagements, preparing and reviewing tax computations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day activities include planning audits, reviewing financial statements, drafting audit reports, and coordinating with clients to gather necessary information and resolve queries. The role involves handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters, assisting in tax assessments, and providing guidance on tax optimization within regulatory boundaries.

This is a full time, on-site position based in the Vadodara Area, requiring close collaboration with partners,



team members, and clients to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality professional services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Audit Reports and Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to assess financial data, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, filings, and advisory support.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and client management skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
- Chartered Accountant qualification (CA finalist) or equivalent professional certification is preferred; relevant experience in audit and taxation is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Vadodara Area, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting and tax software, MS Excel, and current regulatory developments will be an advantage.
