Role Description This full time Senior Designer role at Supersight is a hybrid position based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

The Senior

Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for corporate interior projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed design and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design narratives, producing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and overseeing material selection and finishes. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency across projects, and participating in client meetings to present concepts and incorporate feedback.

Designer will collaborate closely with the studio leadership to push creative boundaries while meeting project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate interior design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to craft clear design narratives and translate brand and business objectives into spatial solutions.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants, and familiarity with materials, finishes, and interior fit-out processes.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and defend design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver work within defined timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, with readiness to attend site visits, client meetings, and in-studio collaboration as required.
