Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Position Overview:

Under the mentorship of design leaders, you will create and develop the line from inception of ideas to production of garments. You have experience designing apparel that leads in innovation, design, function, fit and quality. Very few designers get to shape an Indian activewear brand from the inside at this stage. You'll see the briefs, the costings, the fit sessions and the customer feedback, and we'll expect you to contribute to all of it.

What you'll do

- Own an assortment of styles in all product categories (Outerwear, Cut & Sew Knits & Leggings, etc) from concept to production,



and keep the style documentation accurate all season
- You contribute in all aspects of design: technical, sketching, presentations, fittings and brainstorming functional solutions for your product line. Ability to quickly and accurately communicate design vision through technical and detailed sketches.
- You understand fit and how specific materials perform on the body during activity and rest and are responsible for fitting styles to achieve design intent.
- Teamwork and clear communication are essential. You will work hand in hand with Fit, Sourcing, Raw Materials, Category and our vendors.
- Know your numbers: every design decision hits a timeline and a margin
- Handle the unglamorous parts too: chasing samples, updating trackers and fixing whatever broke this week

Who we're looking for

Someone with a sharp eye, strong technical hands and zero ego about the task at hand. You care about how a garment looks, but you care even more about how it moves.

- 5–8 years designing apparel, across both fashion and activewear; a degree in apparel design or equivalent experience
- Expert in cut-and-sew construction and sewing techniques.
- A clear point of view on silhouette, fabric, trim and technology, and you track trends across fashion, sport and wellness.
- Fluent in Adobe Illustrator
- Accustomed to working in a rapid paced environment with a dynamic workflow and overlapping seasons
- Have a strong desire to learn and remain in curiosity
