Mandatory Technical Skills

- Solid SQL and PL/SQL
- Apache Spark, Spark SQL, Hive
- Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive
- ETL tools: Talend or similar
- Linux/Unix shell scripting
- Batch job monitoring, data pipeline support and troubleshooting
- Incident management, problem management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- JIRA, ticket management and sprint planning

Tech Lead / Support Responsibilities
- Lead L2/L3 support teams and manage batch operations and schedules.
- Drive incident resolution, RCA and continuous improvement.
- Monitor data pipelines, job health and recurring failures.
- Manage stakeholder communication during incidents and SLO breaches.
- Handle JIRA tickets, prioritization and sprint planning.
- Support AWS access/credentials, logs and operational dashboards
