Job Role: Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive

Who We're Looking For

- Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a BPO environment are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong written and reading comprehension abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.




- Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office with 2 rotational week-offs.

What You'll Be Doing

- Handle multiple customer chat conversations simultaneously while delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries related to Wi-Fi, routers, modems, and internet connectivity issues with accuracy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the system as per process guidelines.
- Identify and recommend relevant products, services, or upgrades through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while meeting defined performance metrics.
