OCS Services is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – Corporate to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of onshore professional, technical, engineering, project management, and corporate positions across India.

We are looking for a proactive recruiter with strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities, the ability to assess technical profiles independently, and experience managing mid-to-senior-level hiring in a fast-paced setting. Experience in the oil & gas, EPC, marine, or heavy engineering industries will be an added advantage.

What you will do

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and confirmed joining.
- Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean searches, referrals, professional networks, and the internal talent database.




- Recruit engineers, project managers, site leads, and corporate professionals across engineering, operations, projects, and business functions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for process, mechanical, rotating equipment, electrical, instrumentation and control, integrity, marine engineering, project management, and planning disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, selection criteria, and realistic hiring expectations.
- Assess candidates for technical suitability, relevant certifications, notice periods, and salary expectations before shortlisting.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, interview feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure timely candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate FPSO onshore engineering recruitment and client CV submissions when required.
- Monitor recruitment progress, report on open positions and hiring risks, and proactively address searches that may exceed 45 days.
- Support improvements to recruitment tools, processes, and the talent database.

What we are looking for

- 6–9 years of overall recruitment experience, including at least 5 years of recruiting engineering, technical, or project professionals.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in oil & gas, EPC, marine, or heavy engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, headhunting,



and referral-based sourcing.
- Ability to independently assess engineering CVs, technical disciplines, seniority, and role suitability.
- Confidence in engaging with engineers, operations managers, and hiring stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, candidate engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good organisational skills with a strong focus on recruitment data accuracy, follow-ups, and multiple concurrent searches.
- Ability to manage offer negotiations, notice periods, and counteroffers within approved budgets.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

- Experience with a specialist oil & gas recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team.
- Exposure to client CV submission and approval processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A graduate qualification; an engineering degree or diploma will be an advantage.
- Recruitment or HR-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
