Role Description

ERP Logic, a leading SAP consulting and implementation company, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Senior Consultant to lead and deliver advanced financial consolidation and group reporting projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Group Reporting, financial consolidation processes, and SAP S/4HANA Finance, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

The role involves working closely with CFOs, Group Controllers, Finance Directors, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise financial consolidation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Group Reporting Implementation

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation projects
- Conduct business requirement gathering, solution design, and functional configuration
- Configure Consolidation Units, Consolidation Groups, and Financial Statement (FS) Items
- Define Consolidation Versions, Methods, and Tasks
- Configure and manage Data Monitor and Consolidation Monitor processes




- Execute functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements

Financial Consolidation & Group Reporting

- Design and implement financial consolidation processes in accordance with IFRS requirements
- Configure intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Implement currency translation and foreign exchange consolidation processes
- Support consolidation of investments and ownership structures
- Manage group-level journal entries and consolidation adjustments
- Optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Design and implement consolidated financial statements and management reports

SAP Finance Integration

- Integrate SAP Group Reporting with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)
- Work with SAP Universal Journal and financial data structures
- Configure financial data mapping, validation, and integration processes
- Support data collection and integration from SAP and non-SAP systems
- Utilize SAP Fiori applications and reporting capabilities

Education, Experience and Skill-set Required

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting, or substantial experience delivering end-to-end Group Reporting implementations.




- Proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and financial closing processes.
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Practical experience with Data Monitor, Consolidation Monitor, Currency Translation, and Intercompany Eliminations.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, conducting testing, and supporting SAP implementations.
- Ability to independently lead workshops and engage with senior finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition or On-Premise
- Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Group Reporting
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
- Experience with SAP BPC or SAP Financial Consolidation
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC)
- Experience in multinational organizations with complex legal entity structures and multiple currencies
- Relevant SAP certifications
