Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Requirement Analysis to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing user stories, conducting market research, and conceptualizing solutions that meet business needs. This role is critical in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough requirement analysis to gather, document, and validate business needs.
- Manage and prioritize user stories in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design effective solutions.
- Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.




- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Requirement Analysis is a deal breaker.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
