- Areas of past experience preferred: Risk advisory, ALM, IRRBB,liquidity risk, market risk, FTP, treasury, market risk, balance sheet management, financial risk management and system implementations.

- Preferable additional certifications: FRM / CFA / CQF / Actuarial / CA
- Preferred geography of previouswork experience: India / Europe / Middle-East / APAC / US
- Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
- Application experience preferable: MS Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Python, Bloomberg, Reuters and / or other industry leading ALM, treasury and market risk systems

Key responsibility areas:

- Assist in delivery of advisory and system implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, insurance companies and corporates covering areas such as ALM, liquidity risk, IRRBB, FTP, balance sheet management, treasury and market risk.
- Demonstrate strong functional understanding of subjectscovering areas such as ALM, liquidity risk, IRRBB, FTP, balance sheet management, treasury and market risk and directly interface with clientele during engagements.
- Support and drive day-to-day execution of assigned client projects.
- Support in hiring and mentoring initiatives to expand and upskill execution and delivery team for engagements
- Support in design, updating and monitoring of detailed project plans for assigned engagements
- Directly report and provide detailed updates to project managers / project directors for all assigned engagements on an on-going basis
- Actively support and participate in designing proposals, RFP responses and pitches for business development pursuits
- Support in delivery of system implementation engagements covering aspects such as BRD creation, FSD review, system configuration, SIT, UAT and Go-live

Other important information:

- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
- Period of engagement: Full-time position
- Probation period: 6 months
- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
- Leave: 19 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

- Interview: There are expected to be at least 3-4 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
- Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
