We are looking for a Senior Associate - Public Policy &

- PR who can combine policy research and analysis with strong public relations and strategic communications capabilities.

The ideal candidate will understand policy developments, translate complex issues into compelling narratives, identify media opportunities and support clients in building relationships with journalists, policymakers, industry bodies and other relevant stakeholders.

This role is suited to someone who has worked in a PR agency or handled PR and media relations projects, alongside experience or exposure to public policy, public affairs or regulatory research.

What You’ll Be ResponsibleFor

- Public Policy Research &
- Analysis
- Track government policies, regulations, legislative developments and industry trends relevant to client sectors.
- Analyse policy developments and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
- Develop policy briefs, research notes, position papers, talking points and stakeholder presentations.
- Identify policy implications, emerging risks and opportunities for clients.
- PR &
- Strategic Communications
- Develop media pitches, press releases, briefing notes, opinion pieces, articles and other communication materials.
- Identify relevant media opportunities and support proactive media outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and relevant media stakeholders.
- Translate complex policy issues into clear, credible and compelling narratives for media and public audiences.
- Support leadership profiling, thought leadership and positioning in relevant policy and industry conversations.
- Stakeholder Engagement &
- Advocacy
- Map key stakeholders across government, regulators, industry associations, think tanks,



media and other relevant institutions.
- Support public policy, government engagement and communications strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing advocacy campaigns, stakeholder consultations, roundtables, events and industry engagements.
- Prepare stakeholder briefs, meeting notes, talking points and engagement documents.
- Client &
- Account Management
- Work closely with clients to understand business priorities and align policy and PR strategies with their objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of research, communications and outreach activities.
- Monitor media coverage, policy developments and public conversations to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Manage multiple assignments, client deliverables and deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of relevant experience in public policy, public affairs, PR, government relations or strategic communications.
- Mandatory: Prior experience working with a PR agency or handling PR projects, particularly media relations, journalist outreach or communications campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Indian policy, regulatory, government and media landscape.
- Experience conducting policy research, analysing regulatory developments and developing research-backed recommendations.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex policy issues into accessible and engaging communication.
- Experience developing media pitches, press releases, opinion pieces, policy briefs or stakeholder communication documents.
- Ability to identify relevant media opportunities and support media outreach.
- Strong research, analytical, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a quick-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
