Key Responsibilities

1. Title Due Diligence: Conduct title searches, title investigations, and prepare comprehensive title search reports.
2. Real Estate Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate-related agreements, including facility agreements, gift deeds, mortgage deeds, lease deeds, and other property transaction documents.
3. Loan Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate loan-related agreements and financing documentation.
4. RERA Compliance: Review RERA-related documents and assess compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
5. Legal Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions,



financing arrangements, and infrastructure projects.
6. Infrastructure Financing: Advise on, assist with, and draft agreements and documentation relating to infrastructure financing transactions.
7. Legal Analysis & Advisory: Analyse complex legal issues, identify potential risks, and provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills in real estate transactions and financing documentation.
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage complex legal assignments and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English and the relevant local language—Kannada, Marathi, or Hindi, as applicable to the position.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments within strict timelines.
