Senior Associate - Architecture (Revit)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate with strong architectural design and technical expertise in Revit to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on leading architectural design development, Revit-based project delivery, detailed design and construction documentation for large-scale building projects.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in an architectural design consultancy, with a strong background in residential, commercial, office, hotel or mixed-use developments. The candidate should be capable of leading architectural packages, managing project deliverables, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and ensuring high standards of design quality and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design development and Revit-based project delivery across assigned projects.
- Manage architectural Revit models, drawings, detailing and construction documentation.
- Oversee architectural packages from design development through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Review architectural models and drawings to ensure technical accuracy, quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, façade, fire and life safety and other specialist consultants.
- Identify and resolve architectural design, technical and multidisciplinary coordination issues.




- Ensure consistency between Revit models, drawings, schedules and project documentation.
- Monitor project deliverables, resource requirements, revisions and programme timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal project teams to ensure effective design delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and Revit team members.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols and quality control procedures.
- Support project leadership in managing design coordination, deliverables and overall project execution.

Candidate Profile

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.
- 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural design and project delivery.
- Substantial experience working with an architectural design consultancy.
- Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, office, hotel or mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural design development, technical detailing and construction documentation.
- Experience managing architectural packages and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
- Working knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Ability to lead project teams, manage deliverables and maintain design and documentation quality.
- Solid technical, coordination, communication and leadership skills.
