Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced sales professional to expand our HNI/UHNI, family office and distribution-partner relationships across India. The focus is public equity solutions, namely Mutual Funds and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). You will work with a wide range of investors and build deep knowledge of equity strategies and wealth products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, build and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices and distribution partners for Mutual Fund and PMS solutions.
- Achieve assigned targets for client acquisition and AUM.
- Pitch investment solutions, presenting track records of schemes and strategies against benchmarks and peers.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales materials for client and partner meetings.
- Coordinate portfolio data,



performance data and documentation from AMCs and PMS managers for due diligence and onboarding.
- Analyse and monitor schemes and strategies on performance, portfolio composition and risk metrics.
- Run regular client engagement, including portfolio reviews and market updates.
- Ensure all sales activity complies with SEBI and AMFI regulations.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate in Commerce, or CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

Experience and Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Wealth Management or Private Banking, with a proven record of meeting sales and AUM/premium targets. Freshers will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and of Mutual Fund and PMS products.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- An existing network of HNIs, family offices or distribution partners is a robust advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology.
