We are looking for a Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer campaign execution, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from creator onboarding and briefing to content approvals, publishing, and campaign closure.
2. Creator Coordination: Coordinate with influencers, talent managers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to campaign requirements.
3. Client Servicing: Understand campaign briefs, communicate execution updates, manage client expectations, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the campaign lifecycle.
4. Content Management: Track content submissions,



review deliverables against campaign briefs, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely approvals before publishing.
5. Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Maintain campaign trackers, monitor deliverables and timelines, track live content, and prepare post-campaign reports covering performance and key metrics.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Strategy, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign handovers, resolve execution challenges, and deliver campaigns efficiently.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, client servicing, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to execution and closure.
- Solid communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, presentations, and campaign tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, and influencers will be preferred.
