Job Title: Senior Associate – International Insurance Voice Process (L2)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts

Process: International Insurance – Voice

We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Senior Associate (L2) – International Insurance Voice Process in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in International Insurance Voice Operations, Claims Processing, Healthcare Insurance, Benefits Administration, or Provider Support.

Important: Candidates without relevant International Insurance Voice Process experience may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex insurance and benefits administration activities independently.
- Review insurance claims and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Manage provider outreach, claims follow-ups, and case resolution.
- Resolve processing exceptions and escalated queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
- Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
- Support process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate qualification or above.
- Relevant International Insurance Voice Process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 Level).
- Experience handling international customers or healthcare providers.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and claims workflows.
- Ability to handle complex insurance-related scenarios.
- Comfortable with US rotational night shifts.
- Willing to work from office in Kochi.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum

Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, previous compensation, interview performance,

internal salary guidelines, and supporting documents.
