Role Description: The Senior Art Director role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. This role leads the visual development of campaigns, overseeing the conceptualisation and execution of creative ideas across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

The Senior Art

Director will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and account teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality design output. Daily responsibilities include guiding junior designers, reviewing and refining artwork, presenting concepts to internal teams and clients, and maintaining alignment with strategic and branding objectives.



The role also requires staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the agency’s creative standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Branding and Graphic Design, including development of brand identities and visual systems.
- Ability to work with Graphics and visual storytelling across print and digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Experience mentoring and guiding creative teams, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand development, and high-impact visual concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Up-to-date AI skills and capabilities to guide the team and support daily operations.
- 3 - 5 years of experience
