The Product Security Engineer will be responsible for identifying, exploiting, validating, and helping remediate security vulnerabilities across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled products. The role requires practical offensive security skills, sound risk judgment, and the ability to take ownership of vulnerabilities from discovery through verified closure.

The Security engineer will also contribute to securing AI/LLM applications and agentic workflows, strengthening secure development practices, and improving security assessment processes across multiple products and repositories.

What You'll Do:

- Think like an attacker: Discover, exploit, and validate vulnerabilities across web applications and APIs using Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and manual testing techniques.
- Secure AI-powered systems: Investigate prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe AI-agent tool execution, and authorization weaknesses in LLM and agentic workflows.
- Go beyond scanners: Analyze application code, uncover root causes, and demonstrate the real-world impact of security flaws.
- Secure the cloud: Identify security gaps across IAM, Kubernetes/GKE, containers, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive fixes to closure: Partner with engineers to prioritize vulnerabilities, implement remediation, retest fixes, and prevent recurrence.
- Build security that scales: Improve security testing workflows and integrate practical security controls into the development lifecycle.

What You'll Bring:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Penetration Testing.
- Strong practical skills in web application and API security, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Experience with Burp Suite or OWASP ZAP and the ability to demonstrate vulnerabilities you have personally discovered.
- The ability to investigate application code, understand attack paths,



and explain root causes and remediation.
- A security-first mindset, strong analytical skills, and ownership from discovery through verified closure.

Valuable to have: AI/LLM security testing, prompt injection, AI-agent security, RAG, cloud security, Kubernetes/GKE, CI/CD security, bug bounty research, or relevant security certifications.
