Operational Skillsets:
- Excellent knowledge of Confirmit platform and survey scripting techniques
- Advanced SQL querying knowledge
- Knowledge of excel and data processing will be an advantage
- Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Handling projects independently and guiding junior team members
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s in engineering/Technology or BE/BTech + MBA
(marketing/operations)
- 3-5 years’ experience of survey scripting in MR
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scripting questionnaires to meet client requirements
- Create data collection setup and perform data checks
- Responsible for setting up the questionnaire in our internal systems and databases
- Mentor junior team members and ensure quality execution of all projects
- Assist the TL in team operations, process development and bringing in efficiency measures
- Lead and assist internal trainings and knowledge sharing initiatives
