Job Summary
KIT Skill Hub is looking for an experienced Academic Counselor to counsel students, promote skill-development programs, and convert leads into enrollments.
Responsibilities
● Counsel students about courses, careers, fees, and admissions.
● Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
● Explain KIT Skill Hub programs and guide students toward suitable courses.
● Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
● Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM.
● Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
● 1–5 years of relevant EdTech experience is mandatory.
● Experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or education sales.
● Excellent communication and convincing skills.
● Target-oriented and valuable at follow-up.
● Knowledge of CRM and basic computer skills.
