Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support lead generation goals across client and internal projects. Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, monitoring web analytics, and implementing link-building initiatives.

The SEO Specialist collaborates closely with content, development,



and marketing teams to align technical and content optimizations with overall digital strategy. The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize content and site structure.
- Candidates should possess experience in conducting comprehensive SEO Audits to diagnose technical, content, and structural issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop ethical, high-quality backlink strategies that enhance domain authority.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to measure performance and guide data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexation, structured data) is beneficial.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certification or coursework in digital marketing or SEO and prior experience in an agency or product-based environment is preferred.
