We’re Hiring: SEO & AI Visibility Specialist | 4LC Digital
At 4LC Digital, we’re looking for an SEO skilled with 3–5 years of experience who understands more than just rankings and backlinks. Someone who can analyse what’s working, identify growth opportunities, and build strategies that improve a brand’s visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
What you’ll be working on:
- Planning and executing SEO strategies for clients across different industries.
- Identifying technical, on-page, content and off-page opportunities to improve organic performance.
- Exploring GEO and ways to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
- Analysing performance data, spotting trends and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Keeping up with how search is evolving and figuring out what it means for our clients.
Who would be a good fit?
Someone with 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, strong fundamentals, an analytical mindset, and the ability to think beyond checklists. Experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4 and SEMrush/Ahrefs is expected.
You don’t need to know everything about GEO or AI search already, but you should be curious about it and keen to learn.
