Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility for GiftAFeeling Inc. on a full-time basis. This remote role involves conducting regular SEO audits, performing keyword research, and managing link-building initiatives to improve rankings and domain authority. The position includes monitoring and interpreting web analytics, identifying opportunities for content optimization, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to align SEO efforts with broader business objectives.





The SEO Manager will also stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to ensure sustainable, compliant growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in SEO Audits and Keyword Research, with the ability to identify technical issues and high-impact keyword opportunities.
- Experience with Link Building strategies, including outreach, partnerships, and ethical off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to measure performance and guide data-driven decisions.
- Background in Marketing, with an understanding of how SEO integrates with content, brand, and campaign strategy.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and on-page optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
