Role Description The Scrum Master is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

The Scrum

Master supports development teams by removing impediments, guiding the creation and refinement of user stories, and fostering continuous improvement. The position involves close collaboration with product owners and software developers to ensure alignment on priorities, maintain sprint backlogs, and promote effective communication across stakeholders.

Master also helps coach team members in Agile principles and practices, enabling predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Agile facilitation skills, including Sprint Planning and backlog management.




- Ability to work with User Stories and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Solid understanding of Software Development processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving, risk identification, and process optimization.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technology or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
