We are looking for School Principal Candidates, who are unconditionally open to relocate within the state of Gujarat for the academic year 2027-28.

Educational Qualifications

- Full Time Master's Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university with BEd is mandatory (MA/MSc with BEd)
- Additional qualifications in educational leadership, school administration, or management will be an advantage.

Qualified Experience

- Preferably 12–15 years of experience in school education
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice-Principal, Head of School, or in an equivalent senior academic leadership position is a must
- Experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is must
- Experience managing academic and administrative functions in a medium-sized or large school is desirable.
- Experience in a professionally managed group of schools will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and applicable affiliation requirements.
- Proven capabilities in academic planning, school administration, and institutional leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal,



decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching teams.
- Proficiency in school ERP systems, digital learning platforms, and management information systems.
- Strong parent relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work with institutional performance indicators, budgets, and management reporting systems.
