Role Description This is a full time, on-site SCADA role based in Radhapuram. The position involves monitoring and controlling renewable energy assets through SCADA systems, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations. Daily tasks include tracking real-time performance data, identifying and escalating system alarms, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams, and assisting with troubleshooting of communication or control issues.

The role also includes preparing basic operational reports, maintaining accurate records of plant status,



and supporting adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of SCADA systems, industrial automation, and control room operations in a power or renewable energy environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data, logs, and operational parameters, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems related to power generation, preferably wind or solar.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software; familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with field technicians and operations personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and work in a structured, shift-based control room setting.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, instrumentation, electrical, electronics, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Prior experience in SCADA, plant operations, or control room monitoring in the energy sector is highly beneficial.
