Role Description The SCCM Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Nizamabad. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments, including software deployment, patch management, and inventory reporting. The SCCM Analyst will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to internal users to ensure endpoint stability and security.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and testing deployment packages, maintaining documentation, collaborating with IT teams on configuration and compliance standards,



and implementing updates and enhancements. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve incidents, and support continuous improvement of IT services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize SCCM configurations, and support decision-making.
- Candidate need to have 5-7 years of experience in Complete Core Sccm
- Candidates should possess Information Technology skills, including knowledge of SCCM, Windows operating systems, endpoint management, and basic networking concepts.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and document issues related to software deployment, patches, and client performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document procedures, and provide explicit guidance to end users.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and ITIL-based service management practices is beneficial.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, CompTIA A+/Network+) and prior experience in an SCCM or endpoint management role are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nizamabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, security-focused approach.
