Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager / Test Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end testing activities across complex SAP implementation and rollout programs. In this role, you will define comprehensive test strategies, coordinate test planning and execution, and drive quality assurance standards. You will leverage SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Jira for complete test lifecycle management, defect tracking, and governance while serving as a primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Test Strategy &
- Planning: Design, implement, and maintain overall SAP Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Governance Frameworks tailored to client requirements and project scope.
- Test Execution Management: Drive end-to-end test phases including Integration Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Cutover / Go-Live testing.
- Tool &
- Process Management: Utilize SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Jira to create test cases, track execution progress, manage defects, build quality dashboards, and deliver regular status reports to senior management.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage direct relationships with client leadership, functional leads, business users, and third-party vendor teams to align on test scope, schedules, risks, and acceptance criteria.

- Risk Governance:



Facilitate daily defect triage meetings, establish clear SLAs for defect resolution, manage escalation paths, and proactively address quality risks to keep project schedules on track.

Required Qualifications &

- Mandatory Skills

- SAP Testing Leadership:
- Proven expertise as an SAP Test Manager or Test Lead with a strong track record in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Coordination, and Test Execution Management across SAP landscapes.

- Tools Expertise (CALM &

- Jira):
- Hands-on proficiency with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Jira for end-to-end test planning, defect management, metrics tracking, and governance reporting.

- Client-Facing &
- Stakeholder Management:

- Exceptional customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience interacting with client executives, managing business expectations, and facilitating user training/UAT sessions.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Test Automation: Exposure to or experience with automated testing tools and methodologies within SAP environments (e.g., TOSCA, Worksoft Certify, Selenium, or native SAP automation capabilities).
