## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD OTC Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, Backorder Processing, SAP implementation, and production support. The candidate should have experience in SAP SD configuration, business process optimization, issue resolution, and integration with other SAP modules.

## Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end SAP SD OTC processes, including sales order management, delivery processing, shipping, billing, and invoicing.

Configure and support Backorder Processing (BOP) to manage order confirmations, product availability, and allocation of available stock based on business priorities.

- Work with Availability Check (ATP/aATP), schedule lines, delivery confirmations, and material availability.

Configure and troubleshoot SAP SD functionalities, including sales documents, pricing, shipping, billing, and partner determination.

Participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

Provide production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution of SAP SD OTC issues.

Work on change requests, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.

Integrate SAP SD with SAP MM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules.





Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth OTC operations.

## Required Skills

7+ years of experience in SAP SD and OTC functional consulting.

Strong hands-on experience in Backorder Processing (BOP) and order confirmation management.

Good understanding of ATP, product availability, stock allocation, and sales order fulfillment.

Experience in SAP SD implementation and production support projects.

Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, shipping, billing, pricing, and returns.

Experience in SAP SD configuration and integration with MM and FI/CO.

Ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Experience in functional documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

## Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).

Knowledge of Backorder Processing strategies and confirmation reallocation.

Exposure to IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and SAP Fiori applications.

Experience in SAP rollout, enhancement, and post-go-live support.

## Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP SD OTC, practical experience in Backorder Processing, and the ability to handle both implementation and ongoing support activities independently.
