Description

Incerebrum Technologies is hiring an experienced SAP PLM Solution Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience in Process Industries. The consultant will be responsible for the overall implementation of the project—from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare—while working closely with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall SAP PLM implementation for the Process Industries client from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis with key stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into SAP PLM solution design and drive functional implementation decisions.
- Own configuration, functional design documentation, implementation governance, and solution quality.
- Work closely with SAP S/4HANA and technical/integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Drive SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover planning, deployment, and production readiness.
- Identify and manage implementation risks, dependencies, and cross-functional issues.
- Lead the 30-day hypercare period and ensure a structured transition to the support/operations team.

Qualification
- 8-10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on implementation experience.




- Strong SAP PLM implementation experience in Process Industries is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with PLM processes.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation where the consultant owned or led key solution/functional workstreams.
- Robust understanding of product lifecycle, product development, specification/recipe, or related process-industry business processes.
- Experience across solution design, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to the client location during critical phases of the project.

- Preferred: immediate or short-notice availability.
