Role Description The SAP EWM Lead Consultant internship role at McKinsol Consulting Inc. is an on-site position based in Noida. Interns will support the design, configuration, and testing of SAP EWM solutions, assisting senior consultants in mapping warehouse operations to SAP processes. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting process flows, participating in system setup and master data activities, and helping prepare functional specifications.

The role also involves supporting integration with related SAP modules, coordinating with project teams,



and contributing to user training materials and testing cycles. Interns are expected to work closely with mentors and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and practical exposure to real client implementations.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and map Business Process requirements to SAP EWM solutions.
- Experience of SAP EWM Implementation, Rollouts and Managed Services.
- Robust understanding of EWM processes and can connect at all levels (need EWM consultants at all levels)
- Architect or Lead to have a strong experience of requirement gathering, process mapping and customer interactions.
- Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data interpretation, and process optimization.
- Interest in Consulting, including stakeholder communication and solution-oriented thinking.
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP FICO is helpful and exposure to Master Data concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management concepts, logistics, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Willingness to learn SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other emerging SAP technologies during the internship.
