Role Description This full-time remote role is for a SAP Certified SAP Consultant (Fresher) who will support the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions for clients. The consultant will assist in understanding client business processes, configuring SAP modules under guidance, and maintaining accurate master data. Day-to-day tasks include participating in requirement-gathering sessions, supporting integration activities, preparing documentation, and assisting in testing and issue resolution.

The role also involves collaborating with senior consultants, learning best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in SAP implementation projects.

Qualifications

- Valid SAP certification in Fiori, BTP, MM, SD, or ABAP is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.




- Candidates should possess foundational Consulting skills to interact with stakeholders, understand requirements, and contribute to solution design.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Business Process fundamentals to map client operations to SAP functionalities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Master Data concepts to ensure accurate and consistent data management within SAP.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Integration between SAP modules and external systems to support end-to-end process flows.
- SAP certification in relevant modules and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and build a career in SAP consulting.
