About The Opportunity

- VI-SON GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking an experienced SAP qualified to join their team in Goregaon, Mumbai. The role focuses on providing functional support for SAP Business One, with preference for candidates familiar with manufacturing business processes. The candidate will act as a bridge between business users, SAP consultants, and implementation partners to ensure smooth system operations and drive process automation and IoT-related initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP Business One support to end users across business functions.
- Understand and support business processes related to Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Finance and Logistics.
- Analyse user issues, identify root causes and coordinate with SAP consultants/vendors for resolution.
- Support SAP B1 master data and transaction-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain functional requirements, process documentation and user requirement documents.
- Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system/process improvements.
- Participate in SAP B1 implementation, enhancement, testing addon.




- Coordinate with SAP partners for system integration and process improvements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, analysis between SAP and operational systems.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs/user guides for SAP-related processes.
- Monitor system issues and ensure timely resolution through proper follow-up and coordination.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business One functional support.
- Strong understanding of business processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience coordinating with users, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Ability to analyze issues, document requirements, and support process automation and IoT initiatives.
- Experience in SAP B1 master data, transaction support, and system testing.
- Experience in data validation and reconciliation between SAP and operational systems.
- Experience conducting user training and preparing SOPs/user guides.

Preferred

- Experience in SAP B1 implementation and enhancement projects.
- Exposure to system integration initiatives with SAP partners.
