Role Description This is a full-time, remotr role based in PAN India for SAP Analytics & Planning Consultants. The role involves designing and implementing SAP analytics and planning solutions using platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, and related SAP technologies. Consultants will work closely with finance, data, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical designs, and build dashboards, planning models, and data integrations that support forecasting, consolidation, and performance management.

Daily responsibilities include conducting workshops, performing data analysis,



configuring and testing solutions, documenting designs, and supporting user training and adoption. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize enterprise data platforms, improve decision experiences, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Expertise in Planning and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate workshops, present solutions to stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Consulting experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and delivering value in client-facing or internal advisory roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP planning tools, and preferably SAP Datasphere or other SAP data platforms.
- Understanding of finance processes such as group reporting, consolidation, financial close, and cash-flow management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business and technology requirements.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data analytics concepts and their application in enterprise decision-making is an advantage.
