Role Description The Salon Field & Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, focusing on salon partner engagement and operational excellence. This role involves visiting partner salons regularly to onboard new partners, collect requirements, demonstrate the Meilo platform, and ensure smooth implementation of services. The individual will monitor salon performance, resolve on-ground issues, and coordinate with internal teams to streamline operational workflows and data accuracy.

They will also gather feedback from stylists and salon owners, provide basic product training, and support the rollout of new features.



The role requires maintaining strong relationships with salon stakeholders and representing Meilo AI professionally in all field interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with salon owners, staff, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret salon performance data, identify patterns, and recommend operational improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to address on-ground issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to explain platform features, guide salon teams, and support smooth adoption of Meilo AI tools.
- Relevant experience in field operations, salon or beauty industry operations, or partner management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office, travel locally within Bengaluru, and manage multiple salon relationships with strong time management and organization.
- Comfort with using digital tools, mobile apps, and CRM or operations software; familiarity with startup environments is a plus.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, beauty management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
