Requirements

- 6–10 years of deep, hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, Automation Studio, etc.)
- Expertise building dynamic HTML emails, templates, landing pages, and reusable content blocks using mobile-first HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with AMPscript and SSJS.
- Familiarity with PSD to HTML conversion.
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability toward AI-Native delivery — comfort using AI developer assistants (e.g., Agentforce Vibes, Cursor, Claude) and agentic evaluation frameworks in day-to-day technical work.
- Valuable to have knowledge of Agentforce Marketing and AI-driven journey/content personalization.
- Knowledge of different integration patterns.
- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales,



Service, Commerce, and Community Clouds.
- Familiarity with building complex solutions using Data 360 and MC products like MCE, MC Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), and MC Intelligence (formerly Datorama).
- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions.
- Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
- Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture.
- Familiarity with APIs (SOAP and REST) and SQL.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating with other Salesforce clouds.
- Active Salesforce certifications, or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
