Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise technical standards. The candidate will contribute to the evolution of the Salesforce core model, technical architecture, application rollouts, and development standards.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other Salesforce development team members.
- Design and implement technical solutions aligned with the overall business strategy and Salesforce architecture.




- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and continuous evolution of the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Salesforce application enhancements and integrations.
- Develop Salesforce components using Apex, Triggers, Test Classes, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Connected Apps, OAuth, SSO, and SOA.
- Support Salesforce application rollouts and ensure compliance with the defined technical core model.
- Prepare and present technical solution documentation to technical teams, business stakeholders, and other audiences.
- Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Support the evolution of the Salesforce core model in line with business objectives.
- Ensure development standards, architecture guidelines, and Salesforce best practices are followed.
- Support release management and deployment activities using Salesforce Release Migration Tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver solutions.
