We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce Developer with practical experience in Salesforce document generation, document automation, electronic signatures and custom application development.

This is a fully flexible part time opportunity where you can work according to your own availability without fixed working hours or shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce Document Generation

· Design, develop and implement document generation solutions within Salesforce.

· Create dynamic document templates for contracts, agreements, proposals, quotations, invoices and business letters.

· Develop and customise drag and drop document template builders.

· Implement merge fields to automatically populate documents using Salesforce records.

· Generate PDF and Word documents using standard and custom Salesforce objects.

· Implement conditional content, dynamic tables, repeating sections and complex data mappings.

· Develop reusable document snippets and content block libraries.

· Automate document generation using Salesforce Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Components.

· Manage generated documents using Salesforce Files.

· Develop functionality to preview, edit, download and distribute generated documents.

- Electronic Signature Application Development

· Design, develop and integrate electronic signature solutions with Salesforce.

· Implement document signing workflows for contracts, agreements and other business documents.

· Send documents for electronic signature through email and secure signing links.

· Implement signer authentication using email verification, OTP or passcodes.

· Develop document signing links with configurable expiration periods.

· Build functionality to draw, capture and confirm electronic signatures.

· Ensure that only authorised recipients can access and sign documents.

· Implement document integrity verification and tamper detection.

· Generate signed PDF documents and automatically email copies to recipients.

· Implement completion certificates containing signature details, timestamps and audit information.

· Develop automated signature reminders, notifications and status tracking.

· Integrate Salesforce with electronic signature platforms using REST APIs.

· Maintain secure audit trails for document access, signing and completion.

- Salesforce Application Development

· Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript,



HTML and CSS.

· Build reusable Lightning components for document generation and signature workflows.

· Develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex Triggers and asynchronous processing.

· Work with Salesforce Files, ContentDocument and ContentVersion.

· Develop REST API integrations with external document generation and electronic signature services.

· Implement configurable application settings using Custom Metadata Types and Custom Settings.

· Follow Salesforce security, sharing rules and permission controls.

· Troubleshoot document rendering, application performance and integration issues.

· Write unit tests and support application deployment and release management.

· Follow Salesforce development, performance and security best practices.

· Collaborate with architects and other developers to design scalable solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

· Minimum 3.5 years of hands on Salesforce development experience.

· Strong technical knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flow.

· Practical experience with Salesforce document generation or electronic signature solutions.

· Experience creating energetic document templates and implementing merge fields.

· Understanding of PDF generation, document formatting and template management.

· Experience working with Salesforce standard and custom objects and relationships.

· Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

· Experience with REST APIs and third party integrations.

· Understanding of Salesforce Files and document storage.

· Knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions and data access controls.

· Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

· Ability to independently design, develop and deliver Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

· Experience with document generation platforms such as Conga Composer, S Docs, Nintex DocGen, PDF Butler or similar applications.

· Experience with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Dropbox Sign, Zoho Sign or similar solutions.

· Experience developing custom document generation and electronic signature applications.

· Experience building drag and drop template builders and reusable document components.

· Knowledge of electronic signature authentication, document integrity, audit trails and completion certificates.

· Experience with PDF rendering libraries, HTML document generation and document conversion services.





· Experience developing Salesforce native managed packages and AppExchange applications.

· Understanding of Salesforce package development, deployment and security review requirements.

· Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
