- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments
- Requirements gathering and documentation (User Stories, BRDs, Acceptance Criteria)
- Business process modeling and analysis
- Stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- UAT planning, coordination, and defect management
- CRM platform experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Robust communication and documentation skills
