Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations and customer interactions. This position involves preparing quotations, coordinating with operations and documentation teams, and ensuring timely response to customer inquiries. The role includes maintaining and updating sales records,



tracking shipments and service requests, and assisting in follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The Sales Support

Coordinator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, prepare reports and presentations, and provide administrative support to help the sales team meet targets. The individual in this role is expected to maintain professional communication, uphold service quality standards, and contribute to efficient and accurate sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with clients, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
