Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with robust expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, RCA, CRMA, and AI/Agentic AI solutions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering business-critical Salesforce projects, supporting M&A; integration and migration activities, and collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners.

The role requires strong functional consulting, solution design, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery skills to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Configure, customize, and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platform capabilities.
- Support implementation and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CRM Analytics (CRMA), and AI/Agentic AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business owners, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and solution design documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to SAFe/Agile methodologies.
- Lead Salesforce acquisition integration, M&A; migration, and other strategic projects involving application and process changes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to clients, stakeholders, and management.




- Conduct product demonstrations and present prototypes to business users.
- Recommend platform enhancements and future initiatives aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.
- Support Salesforce Mobile, third-party AppExchange applications, data loads, and data mapping activities.
- Work with system integrations, ETL processes, BI tools, and related enterprise applications as required.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience and certification in Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant experience and certification.
- Hands-on implementation expertise in Salesforce CPQ and RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced).
- Experience building and implementing AI and Agentic AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience working with Salesforce Mobile.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, solution design, business processes, and platform capabilities.
- Experience delivering Salesforce projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with PSA/FinancialForce and Order Management.
- Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA).
- Familiarity with Seismic and other content management tools.
- Experience supporting and managing third-party Salesforce AppExchange applications.
- Understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets, Salesforce data loads, data migration, and mapping templates.
